What we collect
When you book a consultation, use a calculator's report option, or send us a message, we collect:
- Contact details — your name, mobile number and, if you provide it, your email address.
- Birth details — your date of birth, and optionally your time and place of birth. These are necessary to perform the consultation you have asked for.
- Consultation notes — anything you choose to tell us about your situation.
- Payment records — the amount, date, payment method and transaction reference. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN, or bank credentials. Those are handled entirely by our payment gateway.
The free calculators run entirely in your browser. If you only use a calculator and do not submit the report form, nothing you enter is sent to us or stored anywhere.
How we use it
Strictly to deliver the service you asked for: to prepare and conduct your consultation, to confirm your booking, to reply to your enquiry, and to keep the accounting records the law requires.
What we will never do
- We will never sell, rent or trade your information.
- We will never share the contents of a consultation with anyone.
- We will never add you to a marketing list without you asking to be on it.
- We will never use your birth details for anything other than your own reading.
Who else sees your data
Only the service providers needed to run the site, and only the minimum each requires:
- Razorpay — processes payments (their own privacy policy applies to card and UPI data).
- Our hosting and database providers — store the site and its records securely.
- Our email provider — delivers your booking confirmation.
We may also disclose information where the law compels us to.
How long we keep it
Booking and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Enquiries and calculator submissions are kept for up to two years, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
Your rights
You may ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it. Write to vidyaa.ghadage023@gmail.com or message +91 70301 20137 and we will act on it.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies necessary for it to function. We do not run advertising trackers or sell behavioural data.
